❋ 3 Month Alignment (USA)
Make and take 3 Months to realign your life to your purpose
Weekly online calls every Tuesday 5:30-7:30pm EST
February 10, 2026 - March 28, 2026
You know you’re lucky to be alive.
You know you have something meaningful to offer.
And you know that if you were more connected to what truly matters to you, life could feel very different. The kind of difference that not only matters to you, but those around you. Because you would be a more fulfilled version of you.
Your life isn’t necessarily bad.
But it feels expected. Repetitive.
More shaped by what others need from you than what you are here to live.
Or maybe you’ve already made changes — but your life still doesn’t make your heart sing. When you look ahead, you don’t feel fully inspired. You sense there’s more to this life, but you don’t yet know how to reach it.
Or perhaps life IS challenging, and you are ready for a reset.
You know this:
You want clarity.
You want direction.
You want to feel excitement and movement again.
This journey is an invitation to come back to yourself — with the support of coach and community — to create your life that truly fits.
A Purpose Coaching Program for Life & Leadership Direction
This is a 3-month, live online, small-group purpose coaching program for people who are ready to take responsibility for their lives and consciously shape what comes next.
Together, we move through a structured, deeply human process of:
Reconnecting to your inner compass and clarifying what gives your life meaning
Envisioning the direction you actually want to move
Translating that clarity into steady, supported action
So that your outer life begins to reflect your inner knowing.
This isn’t about fixing yourself but instead it’s about remembering who you are — and learning how to live from that place.
This isn’t about buying something that will make you ‘look better’ — it’s about investing in a facilitated process that will help you figure out what and how you want to live your life most fully
Why We Lose Ourselves
The easiest way to lose ourselves is to follow other people’s maps.
Parents, teachers, mentors, bosses — often loving and well-intentioned people — share strategies that worked for their visions. Over time, without realizing it, we adopt those maps as our own. It’s often easier than creating our own.
But those maps don’t lead to your best life.
This work is about reconnecting to your internal compass: learning how to listen to it, trust it, and orient your life from the inside out through values-based decision-making and purpose-aligned life design.
What Becomes Possible
Imagine:
Knowing what gives you meaning — inside and outside of work
Feeling clear about what matters now, and what doesn’t
Waking up with direction and momentum, even on difficult days
Building skills and habits that make you proud of who you’re becoming
Not because life is perfect — but because it’s yours.
A 3-month guided coaching journey for clarity, direction, and meaningful action
What to Expect
❋ Tried-and-tested Structure
A well-tested program structure enables you to relax into a facilitated process that brings you into deep listening of your truths and then supports you in turning those insights into action
Connection is a core part of the process. You will be held by not just by Katy as your Leadership and Transformation Coach, but also by the group, including your accountability buddy. Together, as a community and team, we will get clear on where we are going and celebrate the steps we take to get there.
❋ Coach and Community
For 3 months we will meet online weekly for two hours: time you have carved out for you. Each week you will commit to actions you want to take to start shifting your life, from day 1.
Because big changes can take time, when your three months program is complete, you will not only leave with your clarity, vision and actions, but with the support of monthly accountability sessions for the rest of the year.
❋ 3 month intensive; 1 yr of support
This program supports you in one of the most important skills in life: deep listening to your intuition, visioning, and taking action to create from a place of responsibility and agency. These are the kinds of skills that no one can take away from you; and they can help you with everything you do. Including future life pivots, where you will have the skills, as well as the worksheets and exercises to walk in alignment for life.

Who This Program Is For
This journey is designed for thoughtful professionals and leaders who are experiencing a life or career transition and seeking greater clarity, purpose, and alignment.
It’s for you if:
You’re capable, reflective, and inwardly aware
You feel successful on paper but internally disconnected, confused or uncertain
You’re willing to be uncomfortable in service of creating a future that’s filled with meaning for you
You want both support and personal responsibility
This program is not for those looking to be “saved,” handed a five-step formula, or given someone else’s version of a dream.
This is about doing the real work of getting to know yourself — and from that place, creating your own vision and your own way forward.
What You’ll Walk Away With
By the end of this journey, you’ll have:
Clarity on your values, purpose, and internal compass
The ability to vision into your future with honesty and courage
Practical plans and next steps grounded in what matters to you
Lived experience facing fears and taking aligned action

You won’t just leave with a map — you’ll leave with the capacity to create one, again and again.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Most people who come to this work are capable, thoughtful, and already self-aware. What’s often missing for them isn’t effort but coherence.
This is not coaching that offers a rapid fire series of new tools or scripts that others have used to succeed. There are plenty of those courses (enough to do for the rest of your life!) and they are very useful — but this is a program that brings you back to yourself in this present moment to say “so what?”. To give you space and support to identify your vision and your next steps, and the values and leadership style that will support you in realising it.
To accomplish this result, this program is a structured, guided process that leads you from deep self-reflection into practical, lived change — with support of your coach and community all the way through.
You are not asked to figure everything out on your own. Instead, you’re guided through a clear arc: listening deeply to what matters most to you, clarifying what a well-lived life means for you, and then taking aligned action to bring your inner truth into your outer life.
What makes this work especially different is the container:
It is strong enough to hold existential questions — about purpose, meaning, contribution, and legacy — without becoming overwhelming or abstract.
It is safe enough to explore them in community, alongside others asking similarly profound questions.
And it is practical enough to help you translate insight into real decisions, habits, and changes while you still have time to live your life.
Many people wait until the end of life to ask whether they lived in alignment with what mattered most. This work invites you to ask those questions now — and supports you in responding to them through how you live, lead, and choose.
It’s not about adding more tools.
It’s about integrating what you already know into how you live — so your external world begins to match your internal truth at this stage of your journey. And, the best part is you will learn how you like to point your compass and shape your life, giving you the skills to continually realign your life, for the rest of your life.
-
That’s not a problem — it’s often the starting point.
You don’t need a polished goal or plan to begin. The early part of the work is about clarifying what you actually want to orient toward, rather than forcing answers prematurely.
-
Many people who do this process are married, have kids, a stable job and commitments in their communities.
Going through a process like this doesn’t mean we have to change everything in our lives. Sometimes, from the outside we change almost nothing.
What’s different, however, is how we relate to our world. For example, a process like this often helps individuals shift from a mindset of “I have to” to “I want to” because we have given ourselves permission to ask “what do I really want?” and then taken responsibility for actually wanting to continue our commitments. The difference is that now we are doing them from a place of agency and choice, versus obligation.
Another aspect that changes through a process like this is what we choose focus on within those ongoing commitments. As we become clear on what feels most important and gives us greatest meaning, we can shape the way we show up within our current responsibilities, in ways that make them more meaningful and satisfying for us. Take a parent who realises that an important aspect of meaning making for them is teaching. They may decide to take a more active role in supporting their kids in learning about their passions. Or take a corporate leader who realises that a core aspect of their purpose is meaningful relationships— they may choose to step up as a mentor to younger colleagues and carve out more time for coffees and lunches with clients. Both individuals maintain their commitments, and still deliver ‘results’ of being a ‘great parent’ and ‘great manager’, but they now bring new energy and passion to them because they know themselves better and know what they want to cultivate in their lives and relationships and why.
-
Readiness here isn’t about certainty.
It’s about willingness — to listen honestly to yourself, to take responsibility for your process, and to stay engaged even when clarity unfolds slowly. If you feel a grounded yes — even alongside hesitation — that’s usually a sign you’re ready.
-
Life shifts, and we work with that reality.
The container is designed to be responsive rather than rigid. What matters most is honest communication and shared responsibility for the process.
-
We have busy lives, and the meeting time may not suit your schedule. That said, it is critical that you can join calls live. Therefore, if the timing of this program doesn’t suit you, sign up for the waiting list and you will be the first to know when the next program is announced (and you also have an opportunity to let me know what timing works best for you so it can inform upcoming timing).
-
Timing is important. This journey will be offered again throughout the year, and each group forms its own rhythm and depth.
If you know this is the season you want to commit, you’re welcome to apply now. And if not, the waitlist is open for future cohorts and you will be the first to know when they are announced.
-
This is not like buying an accessory, or entertainment… this is an investment in you living your most meaningful life.
Even better, as you align your life to what you value and find meaningful, typically those around you will notice— because you will be happier, more motivated and satisfied. This is often a gift for those who love us most.
We can focus on specifically what you will “receive” in this course, but the most important question to ask yourself is:
Am I ready to make a change?
Is this a structure that can support me in making it?
It’s important that you feel good about your decision and have the information you need to decide. If you have any questions, book in a call as well so we can together figure out if this is the right fit for you— or if there are other options that might better suit you.
-
If this is your situation, drop a note on the home page or book in time to talk. It’s important that these programs are available to those who are ready to do the work, so there are some options we can discuss.
-
The real difference between the group containers is the duration for which the collective container supports you— either a 6 Week intensive, with monthly accountability groups after, versus a 12 week (3 month) intensive, with monthly accountability after. The retreat covers the same topics as the 6 week program, and is again followed by monthly accountability.
Some of the choice comes down to your time zone, as currently the 6 Week Program and retreat is only offered in Australian/Asian time zones, and the 3 Month Program is only offered in North American time zones.
1:1 Coaching is for those who want a fully personalised program.
-
It’s one thing to have a vision and it’s another to bring it to life. This takes action, reflection, learning and pivoting as you find the way to your dream.
To support you with this, included in the price of your program is 9 months of monthly group accountability sessions that you can join. These sessions are opportunities to reflect on what you have accomplished in the last month, what you have learned, and to set goals for the upcoming month so that you have a full year of focused and supported action.
